Very courteous staff and excellent location in the restaurant inside of the buliding, everything was excellent. Fruit and eggs was a bonus. The service was excellent, we felt welcome. Besides, parking was available on site. Had a really great stay here.

The location of the hotel is particularly good, right in the middle of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent staff and the quiet atmosphere. the double room had a large bed, iron, electronic key card, and flat-screen television.

Such a great overall experience. Lots of meal options for breakfast, like fruit and eggs. - the room is fairly quiet, nicely decorated, and has comfortable beds. - the pool area is well-maintained. The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of my own home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and elevators available to make it easier to move around.
I would have preferred to have more assistance from the children working there.

We had an amazing value for our money at Las Palmeras. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, surpassing some 4-star hotels in Spain. The location was perfect for our visit to Elche, and the staff treated us with extreme kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety of breakfast items.
